How Do I Update my Food Selection on the App?

Anytime you change the food that you are feeding your pet through the SmartFeeder, you can edit the selection in your App in few easy steps:

  1. Go to the Navigation Bar at the Bottom of the App Screen
  2. Select the "Food" Button (with the image of a bag of food)
  3. Click the "Edit Food" button on the top of the screen.  
  4. On the "Food Search" Screen, click either "Scan Barcode" or "Search by Brand and Recipe"
    1. If you click "Scan Barcode", use your mobile device to scan the UPC Barcode on your bag of food - if your food is identified based on the barcode, jump down to Step 5 below.  However, if your food is not identified, follow the steps below for "Search by Brand and Recipe"
    2. If you click "Search by Brand and Recipe" in the next page:
      1. Click "Select the Brand" line, and choose the brand of your pet's food from the list of options
      2. Click "Select the Recipe" line, and choose the recipe of your Pet's food from the list of options
      3. Click "Select the Size" line, and choose the size of your Pet's bag of food from the list of options
      4. Once you have made all your selections, click "Save and Continue"
  5. On "Confirm Selection" Screen, review the food information on the top of the screen and use the Slide Bar on the bottom of the screen to indicate how full your bag of food is.
  6. Once you have made your selections, click "Save" - this will take you back to the "Food" Page, which should now display your pet's updated food information.
  7. To Return to the "Dashboard", select the "Home" Button (the Center Circle button) on the bottom Navigation Bar, and then select the "Home" Button (with the image of the house)
