I need help connecting my router to my SmartFeeder.

  1. Double check your network name and password. The connection process is case sensitive.
  2. Take a look at your WiFi settings. Make sure that you are not operating on a 5GHz network. The SmartFeeder operates under the standard 2.4Ghz.
  3. Please check to see if you have any firewalls activated.
  4. Look for your DHCP settings on your router. Check that the TCP 31314 port is open.
  5. If you have tried these steps and you still are experiencing trouble connecting your SmartFeeder and Router please contact Customer Support.
