WHAT DO THE LIGHTS MEAN ON MY SMARTFEEDER BASE?
If you see a purple light around the Manual Feed button on the base of your feeder, this means there’s been a disconnection between your Wi-Fi and the SmartFeeder, and your feeder is offline. Try restarting your router and letting it connect. If you’ve restarted your router but your SmartFeeder is still offline,  please contact our Customer Support Team at support@petnet.io or at (855) 738-4650.
If you see a white light around the Manual Feed button on the base of your feeder, this means that your SmartFeeder is online and successfully connected to your Wi-Fi, and everything is good to go!
