HOW DO I CHANGE MY PET'S FOOD?

We've made it simple to change the food information inside of your Petnet Mobile app.

Follow the steps below:

 

  • Inside your Petnet app, select the Food Tab. 

 

  • Select the Edit option to bring up the Food Profile Page 
    • Select the Brand option to bring up a list of all available brands. 
    • The Recipe option will show you a list of the recipes supported. Recipies with bag sizes available for SmartDelivery will be marked with a badge. 
    • Search for the Bag Size that you are using for your current feeds.

 

Having Trouble?

If you were unable to locate your food in our system please select the Having Trouble option to send in a photo of your pet's food. Please take a clear picture of the front of your bag and select Use Photo. We will still ask that you provide us with how full your bag is in order to help with your feeding experience. 

Our Food Team will is constantly adding newly submitted food request weekly. You will receive an email to your account email once your food has been added to the system or with any other follow up information needed.
