If you receive multiple Low Battery warnings, there are a few things you can try to resolve the issue:
- We recommend that you run your device on A/C Power, so if you don't already have your SmartFeeder plugged in, doing so may resolve the issue.
- If your SmartFeeder is plugged in, check to see if your bowl is securely installed in the SmartFeeder body (i.e. pushed all the way into the feeder base).
- Check to see if the USB Cable is securely plugged into the feeder body.
